Kunal Giani is the Promoter and the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He has completed his education up to matriculation level and has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. He is also associated with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Madhya Pradesh as its co-chair. He has over fifteen (15) years of experience in the foam industry.

He is responsible for Company’s overall business strategy, growth and expansion plans while overseeing the performance and smooth functioning of all business units along with the reviewing financial and business performance, including profitability, budgets, investments and major financial decisions, and providing strategic direction to senior management with clear accountability across departments.

Vijay Pal Singh Parmar is an Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree of engineering in information technology from Bansal Institute of Science & Technology, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. He is associated with our Company since March 11, 2024.

He was previously associated with London Institute of Corporate Training as a Sr. corporate trainer, with Wipro Limited as an associate, with ANR Software Private Limited as a junior solutions engineer and with Maxtar Industries as its Chief Operation Officer. He has over four (4) years of experience in the customer service and software sector and over six (6) years of experience in the foam industry.

He is responsible for overseeing the operations of the manufacturing facilities and the establishment of new plants. He also oversees the procurement and development of plant and machinery.

Chirag Sidana is an Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree of technology in materials and metallurgical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He is associated with the Company since August 27, 2026.

He was previously associated with the Willima J. Clinton Foundation as a Manager – Covid 19 Project, with Public Service Consultants Limited, London as a Manager, and with Sharechat as a Director - Business Solutions. He has over ten (10) years of experience in the public healthcare and business sectors.

He is responsible for overall business and growth strategy for the biomass gasification and biochar production vertical, including identification of new project opportunities, business models, commercial structures and long-term expansion initiatives.

Vishrut Joshi is an Executive Director of our Company. He holds a provisional bachelor’s of engineering degree in civil engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in management (finance) from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He is associated with the Company since August 27, 2026.

He was previously associated with Nomura Structural Finance Services Private Limited as an analyst in the global markets – structuring division, and with ICICI Bank Limited as a deputy manager-II. He was also associated with D.E. Shaw India Private Limited as a lead analyst and with Credit Suisse Business Analytics (India) Private Limited as an exempt non officer. He has over eight (8) years of experience in the finance industry.

Smrati Mehta is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Further, she is an associate certified coach, credentialed by ICF Credentials and Standards. She has also enrolled in a masters of arts (psychology) course at Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi.

She has been associated as an Independent Director with our Company since February 04, 2025. She was previously associated with NSE Infotech Services Limited as Assistant Vice President. She has over twelve (12) years of experience in the information technology industry.

Sumit Shastri is an Independent Director of our Company. He has completed his bachelor’s of commerce from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. He is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also passed the professional programme examination held by Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He has been associated as an Independent Director with our Company since February 27, 2025. He was previously associated with S.R. Batli boi & Co. LLP as an executive in assurance practice and with Publicis Life Brands India as a finance controller. He has over eleven (11) years of experience in the finance sector.

Milind Sharma is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with major in accountancy and finance from Indra Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a membership certificate issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a certificate of practice from the Bar Council of India.

He has been associated with our Company since June 02, 2025. He was previously associated with P.K Sharma & Co., a chartered accountancy firm. He is currently practicing as an advocate and is associated with Pinaki Legal, Advocates and Solicitors as a partner. He has over eleven (11) years of experience in the accountancy and legal industry.

Ravi Vaswani is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and law from National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He holds certificate of practice from Bar Council of India. He is an associate member at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been associated with our Company as an Independent Director since August 27, 2026.

He was also previously associated with Ulink AgriTech Pvt. Ltd (AgroStar) as a General Counsel and Company Secretary and with UPL Limited as a senior manager – legal. He was also associated with the Puma Sports India Private Limited, India as an assistant manager – legal, with Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Limited as a senior associate – legal and with IBM India Private Limited. He has over thirteen (13) years of experience in the legal sector.

Deepak Vaswani, aged 30 years, is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (hons.) from Jagran Lake City University, Bhopal. He also holds a post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. He has been associated with our Company since February 04, 2025, as the Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Maxtar Industries as Business Development manager, Asian Paints Limited as an area manager. He has over eight (8) years of experience in the field of sales and business strategy. He is responsible for the overall management and business operations of our Company.

Payal Mishra, aged 33 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. She has completed her bachelor’s of commerce from Government Hamidia Arts & Commerce College, Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. She has been associated with our Company since February 04, 2025, as the Chief Financial Officer. She is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a membership certificate issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Avgol India Private Limited as a controller finance India region, with Dilip Buildcon Limited as a Manager – Finance & Accounts and with Pramod K. Sharma & Co., Chartered Accountants as a Partner. She is responsible for managing financial planning and budgeting through preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and financial plans, while ensuring accurate accounting, and ensuring timely statutory compliances and audits in our Company. She has over nine (9) years of experience in the field of finance.

Sambedna Jain, aged 43 years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She is a qualified company secretary and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has also completed bachelor’s of commerce and master’s of commerce in accounts from S S L Jain P G College, Vidisha. She has been associated with our Company since June 20, 2026, as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Dilip Buildcon Limited as an assistant general manager – secretarial, and with Atishay Limited as a company secretary and compliance officer. She was also associated with Sandhya Prakash Limited as a company secretary. She has over fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience in secretarial compliances. She is responsible for managing corporate governance and other secretarial related activities of our Company.

Bhavuk Setia, aged 31 years, is the Chief Technical Officer of our Company. He holds master’s degree of technology in geological technology from India Institute of Technology Roorkee. He has been associated with our Company since August 27, 2023.

Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with RKSV Securities India Private Limited as a Product Strategist. He has over seven (7) years of experience in the field of product strategy. He is responsible for managing technology strategy and planning, including technology roadmaps, adoption, capex/opex planning and technical standards in our Company.

Kshitij Magre, aged 32 years, is the Head - Supply Chain of our Company. He holds a bachelor of engineering (mechanical engineering) degree from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. He also holds a master of business administration from Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya. He has been associated with our Company since July 20, 2026.

He was previously associated with Prozo Integrated Logistics Private Limited as an assistant vice president and with Dtwelve Spaces Private Limited as a business associate – service excellence. He was also associated with Dharampal Satyapal Limited as a deputy manager. He has over five (5) years of experience in the field of supply chain management and information technology. He is responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities, including vendor management, negotiations, and raw material as well as import/export sourcing in our Company.
