Sarva Foam Industries Limited (SFIL), established in 2011 is INDIA’s leading Recycler of Polyurethane Foam Trims converting / recycling 15000 Metric Tonnes of PU FOAM TRIMS annually into a value-added product called Rebonded Foam. This Rebonded Foam is sold to mattress manufacturers who use it as a core in their mattresses and carpet underlays. The Company is a limited liability company that currently employs approximately 500 people in India.
The company produces mattress cores through its 7 state of art. Manufacturing Units across INDIA. The company actively recycles PU Foam trims, making a significant effort to achieve Net Zero emissions by recycling an impressive ~15 lakh used mattresses annually prevents approximately 7,000 metric tonnes of Carbon Dioxide from entering the atmosphere every year, leaving a lasting footprint in India’s journey towards a greener and more sustainable future.
