Upcoming Biochar Project
Converting agricultural residue into clean industrial fuel and a permanent carbon store.
01
Biochar
A stable carbon-rich material that is applied to agricultural soil to store carbon for centuries while supporting soil health.
02
Syngas
Instead of agricultural residue to be burned in open fields, we process it through gasification, a low-oxygen thermal process. This produces syngas, which is supplied directly to nearby factory boilers as a cleaner substitute for fossil fuels.
Our Impact
What this facility will contribute, every year.
Residue diverted
18,000 tcotton stalks and corn cobs recycled instead of burned
~8,000 tCO₂e sequestered through biochar applied to soil
5,500–6,000 tCO₂e avoided by displacing coal with syngas
3,750 tbiochar applied to soil annually, improving fertility and water retention
4,000+farmers earning added income from residue that used to be waste
100+direct and indirect jobs created around the facility
